Mr. Bryan Arkell Anderson, of Hampton, Virginia, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2025, at the age of 56. A devoted son, father, brother, partner, and patriot, Bryan leaves behind a legacy defined by service, strength, and love. Born on July 21, 1968, in Bedford, Virginia, Bryan graduated from Wheatland High School in Wheatland California and went on to serve his country with honor in the United States Navy. He retired after 30 years of service, having risen to the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer. Throughout his distinguished military career, Bryan was known for his leadership, integrity, and steadfast commitment to his fellow sailors.
Bryan was a passionate football fan, faithfully cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Florida State Seminoles. Whether it was game day or a quiet afternoon with family, he brought
joy and spirit to every moment.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Nathaniel and Dorothy Anderson, and Robert and Alice Moseley, as well as his uncles, Nathaniel Anderson, Melvin Anderson, and Steve
Anderson.
Bryan is survived by his parents, Harold and Barbara Anderson, his sons, Darrin Jackson, and Trey George; his brother, Marlon Anderson (Kathleen); loving partner, Lydia Alphonse
and his cherished niece, Maya Anderson. He is also survived by a host of loving aunts, uncles, and cousins, who will remember him for his warmth, loyalty, and unwavering dedication to
family.
Bryan will be remembered for his unwavering loyalty, warm heart, and the profound impact he had on all who knew him. His strength, kindness, and love will remain with us always.
