On June 25, 2020, Shevon Nicole Santiful passed from this life into a new eternal life. Shevon was born September 23, 1978 in Hampton, Virginia. Shevon graduated from Hampton High School and went to Virginia State University. Shevon was a private duty nurse for two years prior to her passing. She also enjoyed working in customer services for several years after leaving Virginia State University.

Shevon was a lovable, funny, kind and understanding human. She was always such a joy to be around, with a sense of style that always made her stand out in any room. Shevon loved to watch any crime shows and documentaries, her favorite was Law and Order. Shevon also enjoyed watching movies, her favorite movies were State Property and Transformers. Shevon  loved books, she would listen to audiobooks until she fell asleep.

Shevon is survived by her parents Edna Santiful and Donald Tucker; daughters, Jamell Bellamy of Hampton, Virginia; Khalis Hamlet of Rochester, New York and Camrynn Taylor (Tyshawn Ross) of Hampton, Virginia; grandsons, Khyor Miller and Dailynn Ross; siblings, Barris "B.B." Santiful (Chelsea) of Seattle, Washington; Donald Tucker, Jr. and Shante Towley of St. Louis, Missouri; one God- son, Jalen Perkins of Newport News, Virginia; Best Friend, Dijon Perkins and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
 

Viewing for Ms. Santiful will be held from 1:00 P.M. until 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc.

Services for Ms. Santiful are scheduled for 12:00 p.m. Thursday, July 2, 2020 at New Hope Baptist Church, 1415 Big Bethel Road, Hampton, Virginia 23666.
