Ms. Rhonda Frances

I, Mother Rachelle Saunders offer this as our Rhonda’s story:

Rhonda was born the fifth of seven children, with a ten‑year gap between the first four and the youngest three. She lived with childlike faith and a deep love for our parents, whose 50‑plus years of marriage taught us how to give and receive love.

This love  was manifested in Rhonda as she watched Dad's spirit of hospitality, as people came in and out of our home.

At Dad's church, he would always say greet the saints with a loud "Jesus Christ" and a hug.

Rhonda took that lovely joyous spirit as she became a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA).  She faithfully took care of her patients for over 20 years ensuring that they knew she was there to care for them.

Spending time fellowshipping with the Lord, I further understood who she was as I realized she was my gift from God, as I began to have children at a young age.  Rhonda was there to baby sit when I went to school and work.

These tasks that she accepted for me and my girls allowed us to prepare her first resume’ that landed her first job before she went to CNA School.

She found more work that was laid out for her with two Pastors in their churches, Pastor Sherman Watkins and Pastor Andrea James:  as an usher. She was truly a willing worker.

The praise song that truly gave her comfort during her sickness was "Trust in God" by Elevation Worship.  My task was to remind her that God would NEVER leave her nor forsake her.  She quietly took HIS hand, on 13th of April 2026 between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. while my NBOC Ladies Prayer Group was on the conference call preparing to PRAY.

Please do not forget to get your "Cross and Dove Pin" that says , "Forever in our Hearts"  that reminds you, like He did me, "He will never leave you nor forsake you."

Rhonda was truly a gift from God to our Family.   The Family
