Services for Ms. Whitehead will be held noon Friday, November 13, 2020 at New Hope Baptist Church, 1415 Big Bethel Rd. Hampton, VA. by Dr. Christopher C. Carter Sr.,
Interment will follow at Hampton Memorial Gardens.
