Ms. Linda Herbert-Hinton, mother of Ms. LaTosha Hinton and Antonio Hinton Jr., and a member of Ivy Baptist Church, Newport News, VA transitioned on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at her home in Hampton, Virginia.
