Ms. Jennifer Patricia Blue was born in Jersey City, New Jersey on October 26, 1983 and departed this life on Monday, August 21, 2023. She graduated from Bethel High School, Hampton Virginia in 2003 and remained a resident of Hampton Roads.
Jennifer had the pleasure of traveling with her parents as her dad honorably served in the unites States Marine Corp. During which time they lived in Wisconsin, Louisiana, and North Carolina before returning home to Hampton Roads. Her parents said that she never met a stranger and always made fast friends. She was bubbly, talkative and outgoing and never met a Stanger. She is remembered as the type of person that would help anyone that needed it no matter the need.
Her parent will forever hold many fond memories of Jennifer. One that stands out to them is that in her early years, she was a true girly girl and came up with reason imaginable to dress up and wear her pretty dresses. They credit her for being a loving, caring daughter and mom. Jennifer’s time on this earth was far too short. Her infectious smile and captivating dimples will be sorely missed.
