Ms. Jennifer Patricia Blue was born in Jersey City, New Jersey on October 26, 1983 and departed this life on Monday, August 21, 2023.  She graduated from Bethel High School, Hampton Virginia in 2003 and remained a resident of Hampton Roads.

Jennifer had the pleasure of traveling with her parents as her dad honorably served in the unites States Marine Corp.  During which time they lived in Wisconsin, Louisiana, and North Carolina before returning home to Hampton Roads.  Her parents said that she never met a stranger and always made fast friends.  She was bubbly, talkative and outgoing and never met a Stanger.  She is remembered as the type of person that would help anyone that needed it no matter the need.

Her parent will forever hold many fond memories of Jennifer.  One that stands out to them is that in her early years, she was a true girly girl and came up with reason imaginable to dress up and wear her pretty dresses.  They credit her for being a loving, caring daughter and mom.  Jennifer’s time on this earth was far too short.  Her infectious smile and captivating dimples will be sorely missed.

Her memory will eternally be cherished by her Parents: John & Mary Tunstall and Patricia Gale Blue.  Her Loving children:  Kayla, Kera, Kyrie, and Kyland.  One granddaughter:  Izani.  Four siblings:  Tanya Jackson, Robine’ Blue, Marcus Tunstall, and Raymond Clay (Christina).  Six aunts: Sheila Blue, Nichole Blue, Shaina Goode(Jerome), Sharon Tunstall, Lisa Harris(Clarence), Delcenia(Allen).  Seven uncles: James Major Blue(Belinda Gail), Tony Blue , James Singleton(Melonie), Troy Singleton and Allen Singleton(Penny), Kevin Tunstall(Marina), and Alvin Tunstall.  Five great aunts: Jerline Bruin(Ronald), Jereline Haynes, Hazel Wynn(Donald), Mary Winston, Phyllis Stringfield(Alverse).  Two Great Uncles: Harold Mims(Sarah) and Leroy Robinson.  One Great Great aunt: Ms. Gladys Houston and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends in life many of us are blessed with wonderful family members and if we are lucky enough, we get to choose a few friends that become our family.  Jennifer had the esteemed honor of meeting two such individuals that she endearingly called her sisters:  Lisa Taylor and Ashley Hargrove.  She had a host of friends but lovingly referred to three of them as “Best Friend”: Shavon Watson, Levena Clark and Joyal Walker.

It is the desire of the  Blue/ Tunstall  family that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
