Jeanette Loretta Lynch, 84, passed away on March 5, 2025, in Hampton, Virginia. Born on November 2, 1940, Jeanette lived a full life marked by her unwavering honesty and deep capacity to love. Known affectionately as a sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she was revered for her role as both caregiver and caretaker, leaving a profound impact on her family and all who knew her.
Jeanette graduated from Lucy Addison High School and spent her life dedicated to her family and various personal interests. She found joy in sewing, tending her garden, and cherishing moments with her grandchildren. Her departure was as dramatic as her life; she left this world in a storm, reflecting her formidable spirit.
She leaves behind a loving family, including her daughter, DeAndre Keeling; son, Donovan Meadows; eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; three sisters; five brothers; and a number of nieces and nephews. Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents, Juanita and George Lynch; and her brothers David and George Lynch Jr.
