Ms. Deborah Gardner transitioned Thursday, January 21, 2021 at her home in Suffolk, Virginia surrounded by her family.

Viewing for Ms. Gardner will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc. 

Services will take place immediately following the viewing at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc. 

Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
