Ms. Brenda Parker, mother of Ms. Jan Fennell, Ms. Valentino Fennell and Mr. Randolph Fennell, transitioned Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Sentara Careplex Hospital, Hampton, VA. 

It is the desire of the Parker-Fennell families that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.  

The family of Ms. Brenda Parker has entrusted her final care to C. C. Carter Funeral Home.
