Trena Charity Savage, 51, transitioned from this life on Friday, March 10, 2023. Trena Anita was born to Ernest Sr. and Joyce Charity on May 12, 1971 at Dixie Hospital in Hampton, VA. Trena was a quiet and loving child, who was
always smiling and full of joy. Trena attended Hampton High School and was a member of the Crabber Flag Line until she graduated in 1989. Shortly after graduating, she entered the work force as an employee of AAFES Distribution.
Trena worked at AAFES until she joined the PEPSICO family in 1998. On February 23, 2001, Trena was joined in holy matrimony to Brian Savage of Newport News, Virginia. Trena was a loving wife, wonderful mother, and
outstanding grandmother. Trena loved to travel and looked forward to her annual vacations with her grandchildren. A quiet and humble, yet a most loving and caring person, anyone who crossed Trena’s path was could feel the glow of
her self-less love. Trena was a true angel, here on earth.
Trena was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, David and Evelyn Jones, her paternal grandparents, Sanford and Rosa Charity and her father, Ernest Charity Sr. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Brian
Savage, her son, Lakavious Charity, her daughter, Shantel Charity, her mother, Joyce Charity, her brother, Ernest Charity Jr. , her sister, Michele Torres (Steven), grandchildren, Nasaun Charity, Zania Charity, Tessa Charity, Ameris
Threat, Noelle Charity and Thalia Charity, her nieces, Evelynn, Caelynn, Madelynn, Raelynn and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Trena will be truly missed.
