Mrs. Shirley Moore Carr wife, of Mr. Randolph Carr and a member of Shalom Baptist Church, Newport News, VA, transitioned Tuesday, December 2,  2025 at Riverside Regional Medical Center, Newport News, VA. 

It is the desire of the Moore  Carr family that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.  The family also requests that all donations be in live plant form and be sent to the funeral home.
