Mrs. Mary Fogg Osborne was born on April 17th, 1952 in Newport News, VA to the late Lee Morris Fogg and Lenora Spivey (Fogg). Mary gained her wings on December 30, 2021 in Hampton, VA. She grew up in the Buckroe area of Hampton and graduated from Kecoughtan High School class of 1969. Mary married her high school sweetheart Dwight Osborne and traveled as a military wife and mother working for food service. She retired from Chic A Sea in Newport News, VA in 2015. She was a member of St. James Miracle Temple of Newport News, VA where she surrendered to the Lord.
“Mer Helen” as most would call her was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and most importantly friend. Her heart was so full of love that she shared it with everyone she came into contact with. Mary had an open door policy. Everyone was welcomed not just in her home, but in her heart. To know her was definitely to love her…
Mary is proceeded in death by her brother James Fogg, her sisters Angela Branch(Mark) and Lorraine Nurridin (Murad), as well as her grandson Divine-Rashaud Osborne.
Left to cherish her wonderful and pleasant memories are her mother Lenora Fogg; her sons Philip Fogg (Tenaya), Abdul Osborne, Rashaud-Kareem Osborne and daughter LyKeishia Osborne; “Husband” Dwight Osborne; siblings Clarence Fogg, Melvin Fogg (Maxine), Minnie Fogg, Tonia Gaines Lancaster (Juan) and Chamia Ford; her grandchildren Keshon Muskelly (Shayla), Khalid-Abdul Osborne,Kwamèn Osborne, Salih-Tarafi Osborne, Unique-Kareem Osborne, Zytria Osborne, Seven-Star Osborne, Kiora Osborne, Blessings Muskelly, Janiyah Adkinson and Aysha-N’Jahri Osborne; great grandchildren Jaidyn Osborne, Kamari Bennett and Marseille Johnson; her special sister-cousins, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
She will be truly missed by many, especially those of you who felt her warm heart as she walked through a room. Her love shall carry on.
