A walk-through viewing for Mrs. Joyce E. Watford will be held on Friday, December 10, 2021 from 1:00p.m. until 5:00p.m. at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc .
 

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at 11:00a.m. at Spirit of Life Christian Church. 94 Lincoln Street Hampton, VA 23669. by Pastor Reginald Lee .Viewing from 9:00a.m. – 11:00a.m.
 

Interment will follow at Roundtree Temple of Praise Church Cemetery, Ahoskie, N.C.
