Mrs. Elizabeth Jordan

Mrs. Elizabeth Jordan October 25, 1963 – January 16, 2025  

Elizabeth "Bessie" Jordan was born on October 25, 1963, in Nansemond County, Suffolk, Virginia, and later made her home in Hampton, Virginia. On January 16, 2025, Elizabeth peacefully gained her angel wings at her residence in Hampton.

 She was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, and a true animal lover. Her dogs held a special place in her heart. She was preceded in death by her cherished dog, Bubba, and leaves behind her loyal companion, Precious, who was always by her side wherever she went. 

 Elizabeth was known for her great sense of humor, infectious laugh, and a loving spirit that touched everyone around her. 

 She was preceded in death by her mother, Maggie Jordan, and her sisters, Glenda Jordan and Stephanie Edwards. She is lovingly remembered by her sister, Vivian Dewberry, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.

It is the desire of the Jordan family that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

The family of Mrs. Elizabeth  Jordan has entrusted her final care to C. C. Carter Funeral Home.
