Mrs. Earnest Evelyn Spivey, 81, wife of the late Mr. Curtis J. Spivey and mother of Mr. Joseph M. Spivey, and Mr. Tony Curtis Sprivey, transitioned on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at Riverside Regional Medical Center, in Newport News, Virginia.

A viewing for Mrs. Spivey will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 28, 2020 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc.
