Ms. Felecia Bell (Samuel), Mr. Delano Bell, Ms. Patrice Bell, Mr. Jermaine Mock (Shakeya), Mr. Lawrence Mock Jr., and Ms. Valerie Mock and a member of Galilee Baptist Church, Newport News, VA transitioned Thursday, March 26, 2026 at home in Hampton, Virginia.
