Mr. Williams transitioned to the greater life on Monday, March 25, 2019 in Alexandria, VA, where he made his home for many years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Margaret and Herman Felix Williams; two brothers, Herman Theodore and Lloyd.
Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Ann, three daughters, Paula and Sherry Jones (Tyrone) of Newport News, Wanda of Dallas, TX; three sisters, Loretta Ogden, Miami, FL, Alberta Reid, Hampton VA, and Kay Davenport, Cortland Manor, NY; eight grandchildren, one great grandchild, and a special friend, Carolyn Hough of Alexandria, VA and a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for Mr. Williams will be held 1 p.m., Friday, April 26, 2019, at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc. 3314 Roanoke Ave Newport News, VA 23607.
