Mr. Shawn D. Slade son of Ms. Loretta Slade and the late Mr Shawn Williams transitioned Tuesday, November 17, 2021 in Hampton, Va. 

Viewing for Mr. Slade will be held two hours prior to service at which time service commence at 11:00a.m. at New Hope Baptist Church, 1415 Big Bethel, Rd. Hampton, VA. by Dr. Keith Jones , Pastor of Shiloh Baptist Church, Norfolk, VA. 

Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
