Ronnie Anthony Willams was born on January29, 1974, the son of Robert Williams Sr. and Marian T. Williams, was called home on December 30, 2024.
Ronnie graduated from Hampton High School in 1992. He enjoyed playing football his sophomore year and remained a dedicated Crabber,
Ronnie worked for the City of Newport News for over20 years. Through hard work and dedication, he worked his way up the ranks to become Crew Supervisor. Ronnie provided
excellent service to the City of Newport News and its citizens and fellow employees. He was a great mentor to many of his co-workers. During his time at the City he was named
Employee of the Quarter twice. Ronnie took immense pride in his work and enjoyed working with his crew.
Ronnie enjoyed cookouts and BBQs with his family and friends. Ronnie was the best rib smoker in the state of Virginia,,
Ronnie enjoyed listening to music for hours and watching CSI, God Father of Harlem, and studying Egyptian culture.
Ronnie enjoyed fishing, playing basketball and spending time with family, He was a dedicated Dallas Cowboy fan whether they won or Lost, Ronnie enjoyed spending time at
Buckroe Beach walking the boardwalk, dancing in the moon light with his wife, playing in the park with his son and grandchildren and fishing from the pier,,
Ronnie preceded in death by his father Rober Williams Sr., his nephew Robert Williams and his grandmother Marian C. Parker.
He leaves to cherish his wife of 5 years Tara Branson Williams and son Xavier Isaiah Williams, daughters Renee Williams, Asia Williams and Jayln Williams. Grand children Thomas Montgomery and Zaniyah Walker, ,Mother Marian T. Williams, siblings: Angela Williams, Phyllis Robinson, Robert Williams (Dene), Wanda Lassiter (Charles), and Alesia Miller, Latoya Washington (Mario). Seven nephews and four nieces
Favorite mother-in-law Brenda Branson, stepchildren Tamika Dennis and Jalil Branson, step grands Mikhaya (Lady Bug), Jalil Jr., Amais and Azeeah. Best friends Kevin, Rodney, Saleda, George and a host of family and friends.
