Mr. Rodney "Tic" Mangrum, son of Mr. Leroy and Mrs. Doris Mangrum and father of Ms. Mercedes Mangrum, transitioned Friday, October 10, 2025 at his home in Hampton, Virginia. 

It is the desire of the Mangrum family that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

The family of Mr. Rodney " Tic" Mangrum has entrusted his final care to C. C. Carter Funeral Home.
