Mr. Robert Keith Brown, 64, father of Mr. Keith A. Saunders and Mrs. Nijema Rivera of New York, transitioned on Saturday, July 25, 2020 in Newport News, Virginia.

A Memorial Service for Mr. Brown is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Thursday, August 6, 2020 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home.
