Mr. Marquez Raydon "Mark" Cofield

Marquez Raydon “Mark” Cofield, 43, was born January 13, 1977, in Newport News, Virginia to the late Warren Drew and Ernestine T. Cofield-Sali’m, departed this life on May 29, 2020.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandmother Mattie Dickens and grandmother Bessie Thomas and nephew Tracey Cofield, Jr.

Marquez leaves to cherish his memories: daughter, Marquette Cofield; sisters: Roselyn M. Gilmer (James), Stacey L. Cofield-Reid (Alonzo); brother: Tracey D. Cofield, Sr. (Lisa) and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends whom he loved dearly.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, June 19, 2020, 11:00 a.m. at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc.
