Mr. Leroy "Dog" Harris father of Mr. Michael Talley, Ms. Lisa Hodges and grandfather of Ms. Shelia Robinson transitioned Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at Sentara Leigh Hospital, Norfolk, Virginia.
