Mr. Leon Blue Obituary
The angels descended down from Heaven to get one of their own. Leon E. Blue was born December 20, 1943. He went to be with our Heavenly Father on Thursday, January 31, 2019, at Sentara Careplex Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Affectionately known as "Blue" or “Knox” born to the late Geraldine Blue Epps in Hampton, Virginia. Juanita and Leon were married in 1963, during their marriage they shared two beautiful daughters Latrina, and Tresa. Leon leaves his two brothers, six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Leon was educated by Hampton City Schools. He began his career as a professional painter contracted by various companies
Services for Mr. Leon E. Blue will be held 12:00p.m. Thursday, February 7, 2019 at New Hope Baptist Church 1415 Big Bethel Road Hampton, VA 23669 by Dr. Christopher C. Carter.
Interment will follow at Hampton Memorial Gardens.
Viewing for Mr. Blue will be held from noon until 6:00p.m. Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc. 3314 Roanoke Ave. Newport News, VA 23607.
