Mr. Jesse Webb was born in Buffalo, New York to Edith Williams on September 16, 1985. He lost his long battle with cancer on Friday, April 28, 2023.
Jesse had a toughness about him that no one understood. He had fought to win his whole life. Beginning at birth, he was born premature. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, he was placed in the foster care system where he was adopted by the Webb family. JB fought a good fight and beat cancer a couple of times until he was home.
In 1999, Jesse AKA JB moved to Virginia where he graduated from IC Norcom High School in Portsmouth. JB worked at Wal-Mart in Yorktown for several years until his illness would no longer allow him to work.
Jesse was known for his affectionate smile and big beautiful brown eyes. He was an active athlete in the Special Olympics where he played several sports which included basketball, track and field, and soccer. But his first love of sports was the Buffalo Bills. Jesse was known to shout out “How about them Buffalo Bills” at any given time.
