Mr. Jayquan Tyre Fenner

Mr. Jayquan Tyre Fenner, departed this life unexpectly on Wednesday July 8, 2020 in Hampton, Va.

Jayquan was preceded in death by his father Ernest Fenner Jr., and Paternal  grandparents Ernest Sr., and Yvonne Fenner and a brother Uriel Williams

Left to cherish their memories of Jayquan are his  unborn son Jayquan Fenner Jr., his mother Tiffany Williams, fathers Kevin Willaims and Jerome Foster six sisters Jaykisha Foster, Jaheida Foster, Zoniya Williams, Whitney ((Katary) Yarborough, Diana Fenner and Gabriela Kendall. Five brothers Jahnique Foster, Don Fenner, Alverto Fenner, Steven Bowen and Tayvion Williams. Maternal Grandmother Zeledeen Johnson (Michael). Maternal Grandfather Pastor James Tillery (Sheral).and Maternal Great grandmother Joyce Wallerand a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  

Viewing for Mr. Fenner will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at C. C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc.

Services for Mr  Fenner are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at New Hope Baptist Church, 1415 Big Bethel Road, Hampton, Virginia by Dr. Christopher C. Carter Sr.

Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Due to COVIC- 19 crowd size will be limited, in accordance with state regulations.

It is the desire of the Fenner and Williams families that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
