Mr. Howard Harris, Jr. father of Rochanda Freeman and brother of Gloria Williams, Theresa Briggs and Howard Mewborn transition on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at Sentara Careplex in Hampton, Virginia.

A viewing for Mr. Harris will be held from noon until 5:00 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2020 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc.

Services for Mr. Harris will be held noon Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Greater Works Church, 1711 Madison Ave,  Newport News, Virginia.

Interment with military honors will take place 3:00 p.m. Monday, March 16, 2020 at Albert G . Horton Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk, Virginia.
