Mr. Frederick Hawkins

Mr. Frederick Jack Hawkins was born on July 26th, 1954 in Gary Indiana, He transitioned on March 31st, 2025 at Sentara Complex Hospital, Hampton Va.

He was preceded in death by his Mother Elsie Finnie, his father Merle Hawkins,and a sister Mamie Louise Williams, Freddie worked as a fisherman for many years, a painter at Hampton University, and EG Management, He also owned his own construction business.

He enjoyed his life working on Cars and building things. He loved making people laugh with his many jokes.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his beloved wife Odessia Hawkins of Hampton Va, and a Son, Dorion Jones of Hampton Va.Two grandsons Antonio Hemingway (along with wife Ashley) of Chantilly Va. and Zachary Harrison of Windsor Va. Two Grand children Alina and Ashton Hemingway of Chantilly Va.

He is also survived by Five brothers Wiley Lome (Cynthia), Robert Williams, Iris Hawkins (Karen), Thomas Weatherton (Sharon) and Cecil Price A host of nieces, nephews, grand neices, grand nephews and a host of friends.

It is the desire of the Hawkins family that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
