On Sunday, October 13,2019, Clarence Turner, loving son and father of three, transitioned peacefully to his heavenly home. Clarence, mainly known as “Fuzzy”, was born on September 9,1957 in Newport News, Virginia to Edna Turner and Clarence Hoggard yet fathered and raised by James Turner.
Fuzzy had a passion for cars. In his spare time when he wasn’t fixing cars, he enjoyed racing them. He also enjoyed spending time with his kids and hanging out with family and friends. Fuzzy was best known for his dedication to work, witty humor, and caring spirit.
Fuzzy is survived by his parents Edna and James Turner, his three children Mark, Kierra, and Jasmine, his brothers and sisters Patrick Turner, Shon Turner (Jennifer), Loretta Muse (Wayne), Charlotte Riddick (Emmitt), and Quintasha Cockrell (Dontae), several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.
Although he is no longer here with us, Fuzzy well always remain in our hearts and forever in our memories.
Viewing for the late Mr. Clarence Turner will be held from noon until 4:00 p.m. Saturday, October 19, 2019 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc.
Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 20, 2019 at New Hope Baptist Church, 1415 Big Bethel Road Hampton, Virginia by Dr. Christopher C. Carter, Sr.
Interment will follow at Hampton Memorial Gardens
