Clarence Ray Outlaw, Jr. was born on March 6, 1954 in Newport News, VA. He entered eternal life on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at Autumn Care of Chesapeake, Virginia.
Clarence attended Bertie High School in Windsor, NC. He joined the United States Marine Corps on May 11, 1973 and served until November 21, 1975 with an Honorable Discharge. Mr. Outlaw was an employee of the Newport News Shipyard. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Clarence loved to read the Bible and playing chess with anyone that could beat him.
Clarence was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Ray Outlaw, Sr., and Margaret Revelle Outlaw.
He leaves to cherish his memories, six sisters; Martha Bland (Calvin), Deborah Royal ( David), Alice Johnson (Wilbert), Frances Lewis, Carolyn Pair (Matthew). Lisa Outlaw, four brothers; Thomas Outlaw (Ella Mae), Robert Outlaw (Melinda), Michael Taylor, and Ricky Taylor (Janice) with a host of other relatives and friends.
It is the desire of the Outlaw-Lewis families that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
The family of Mr. Clarence Outlaw Jr. has entrusted his final care to C. C. Carter Funeral Home.
