Viewing for Mr. Carmack will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Thursday, February 20, 2020 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc.

Services for Mr. Carmack will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 21, 2020 at Restoration of Faith Ministry, 2114 Wickham Ave. Newport News, Virginia by Pastor Thurman Leonard.

Per request of the family interment will be private.
