Mr. Carcenus Payne

Payne was the kind of man you never forgot. He had a sharp tongue, a quick wit, and a way of talking mess that could catch anyone off guard—but it was always followed by laughter. His humor was unmatched, his presence unforgettable, and the joy he brought to those around him will be deeply missed.

He had a gift for making people laugh, even in difficult moments, and that was one of the many ways he showed love. Beneath his jokes was a man with heart, resilience, and a presence that stayed with you long after the conversation ended.

In his final days, he was surrounded by the two people who knew him best—his daughter and his former wife, who remained a constant part of his life and stayed by his side until the end. Though life changed their paths, love and loyalty remained.

He leaves behind his daughter, Treasure, and his former wife, Marilyn, who will carry his memory, his laughter, and the sound of his voice with them always, also a brother, sister and several nieces and nephews.

It is the desire of the Payne family that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
