Mr. Antwuan Michael Flood

Mr. Antwuan Michael Flood son of Mrs. Marietta E. Flood Castille and Mr. Michael Anthony Holmes, transitioned Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at his residence in Hampton, Virginia. 

Antwuan Michael Flood was born in Newark, New Jersey on November 18th, 1976. He is survived by his parents (Mother) Marietta E. Flood-Castille, (Father) Michael A. Holmes and Grandparent Mary E. Johnson, Uncle Rashad Johnson, Jacob Jarmin, Aunt Alice Webster, Adriane Holmes, Samantia Holmes, Gabriell James, Cousins, Great Aunts and Uncles. Antwuan grew up in the Hampton Roads Area where he attended Kecoughtan High School and was in the band and jazz band. (Trumpeter of 3 years.) He graduated from Hampton High School. After High School Antwuan Flood worked and attended Hampton University (1 semester). Well traveled, literary author of several (self published) books, and planned to teach others. He loved God, his family, people in general, He was very funny, very loved, and a very creative photographer as well. He will be more than missed. A gentle giant.

Viewing for Mr. Flood will be held 2 hours prior to the funeral service from 9:00 a.m., until 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 15, 2021, at the Messiah Center, 1421 Pembroke Avenue, Hampton, Virginia 23661.

Funeral Services for Mr. Flood will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 15, 2021, at the Messiah Center with Pastor Dwane Seals presiding.

Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
