SFC (Retired) Roosevelt Smallwood transitioned Tuesday, January 9, 2018. at Sentara Carelex. Hampton, VA.  

Services for SFC Smallwood will be held 10:00a.m. Friday, January, 19, 2017 at  New Hope Baptist Church 1415 Big Bethel Rd, Dr. Christopher C. Carter Sr., Pastor/ Pastor Richard Mims Eulogist. 

Interment with Full Military Honors will be held at Albert G. Horton Memorial Veterans Cemetery Suffolk, VA. 

Viewing for SFC Smallwood will be held Thursday, January, 18, 2017 at C.C.Carter Funeral Home. Inc. 

It is the desire of the  Smallwood family that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
