Ms. Vidette R. Aubourg

Mrs. Vidette R. Aubourg, 62, born on Mar. 8, 1955, entered eternal life on Thursday. Feb 15, 2018.

Vidette was a lifelong resident of Hampton and Newport News, VA. She graduated from Ferguson High School in 1973.

Vidette was preceded in death by her paternal father, Clarence Roberts, paternal mother, Valerie Jenkins, niece, LaKeisha Roberts, and granddaughter, Rhythm Burnette.

She leaves to cherish her memories one son, Michael Burnette Jr. 35, and one daughter, Davida Brown, 28, (Dion); five grandchildren; sister, Linda Roberts and niece, Sherice Eddy (Torry) and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.

A celebration of her life will be held noon  Saturday. February  24, 2018, at New Hope Baptist Church, 1415 Big Bethel Road, Hampton, VA.by Dr. Christopher C. Carter Sr., 

Interment will follow at Hampton Memorial Gardens 

The family is receiving visitors and family and friends at the home of Vidette’s daughter, Davida Brown, 1 Sacramento Drive, Apt. 21 and Vidette’s sister Linda Roberts at 59 Clayton Drive, Hampton, VA.

Ms. Aubourg may be viewed from noon to 5:00p.m. at C. C. Carter Funeral Home., 3314 Roanoke Ave, Newport News, VA., on Friday, Feb 23, 2018.
