A memorial service will be held 10:00a.m. Wednesday January 16, 2019 at New Hope Baptist Church 1415 Big Bethel Rd, Hampton, VA. By Dr. Christopher C. Carter Sr.,

Inurnment with military honors will follow at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. Suffolk, VA.
