Ms. Laverne L. Raynor was born to the late Shirley Charles and Bernard Eggleston on June 14, 1949 in Bronx, NY. After a few years of being sick, Laverne departed this life on Sunday, September 16, 2018 at the age of 69.

Laverne was a strong, loving, and classy woman. Boy did she have style! She was a loving sister and most of all she loved her family. Laverne loved to play Bingo with her friends and go to the casino.
You could find Laverne on Tuesday nights watching her favorite show "The Haves and Have Nots". She loved playing numbers and scrath-offs. Sometimes she would win! She was willing to help and talk to anyone that needed her. Even while she was sick you could count on her.
Mrs. Laverne loved to listen to "the Steve Harvey Morning Show" every morning and her favorite song to dance to was "I Feel It Coming" by The Weekend. So when you hear that song playing, think of Laverne.
