Ms. Jacquline Marie McNair transitioned on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at her home in Newport News, VA.

Services for Ms. McNair will be held 11:00a.m. Friday, February 15, 2019 at New Life Church 1525 Power Plant Pkwy. Hampton, VA. by Pastor Arthur Rogers.

Interment with Military honors will be held at Albert G. Horton Memorial Veterans Cemetery. Suffolk, VA.

Viewing for Ms. McNair will be held from noon until 5:00p.m. Thursday, Febuary 14, 2019 at C.C.Carter Funeral Home, Inc.
