Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 4, 2019 at Full Gospel Kingdom Church, 3114 Washington Ave Newport News, VA. 23607 by Bishop Felton Hawkins.

Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

A viewing will be held noon to 4:00 p.m. Sunday March 3, 2019 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc. 3314 Roanoke Ave. Newport News, VA. 23607.
