Services for Mrs. Velma Taylor Smith wife of Elder Donnie Smith will be held 10:00a.m. Saturday. April 7, 2018 at St.Johns COGIC 2416 Orcutt Ave. Newport News, Va. by Elder Samuel Green III.

Interment will be held at Albert G. Horton Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Viewing for Mrs. Smith will be held from noon until 6:00p.m. Friday.April 6.2018 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc. Professional services provided by C.C.Carter Funeral
