Mrs. Sandra Diggs transitioned peacefully on Thursday, February 28, 2019. at James River Convalescent Center, Newport News, VA

Services for Mrs. Diggs will be held noon Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Little Zion Baptist Church. 1824 West Queen Street Hampton, VA 23666 by Pastor Hallie Richardson Jr.

Interment will follow at Hampton Memorial Gardens.

A viewing for Mrs. Sandra Diggs will be held noon to 5:00 p.m. Friday, March 8, 2019 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc.

It is the desire of the Diggs family that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
