On Thursday, November 21, 2019, Maggie L. Bailey Rowlett Grimes (78), was called home to her eternal rest after a long illness. She transitioned at her home surrounded by family and friends.
Maggie was born to Jackie and Thomas Kelley on November 4, 1941. A native of Smithfield VA, Maggie attended and graduated from Isle of Wright High School.
