Mrs. Lorraine Rena Walton

Lorraine "Rainey" Walton (30) entered into eternal rest on April 7th, 2019 in her North Carolina.

She was born November 14th, 1988 in Newport News, VA. She attended Newport News Public School, she received her GED, and a graduate of Fayetteville Tech.

Rainey enjoyed spending time with her family, she loved reading and listening to music, and adored her dog Benz.

She's survived by her husband Reginald, two sons, Reginald Jr., Marc, and grandson Israel, two daughters Jessica and Jasmine, her father Gregory Gray and stepmom, Sherra, 4 brothers, Demonta, Albert, Tony of Newport News, Virginia and Curtis of Maryland, 1 sister, Takeita Crawford (King) of Georgia, 2 Aunts, "special" aunt, Yvette Gray, 5 uncles, nieces and nephews, "special" nephew, Rashaun Tynes, "special" stepsister, Destiny and six stepbrothers.

She's preceded in death by her mother, Deborah Tynes, her maternal grandparents, Clarence and Ella Tynes, her paternal grandparents, Albert and Yvonne Gray, 2 uncles, Ronnie and Allen Gray.

Services for Mrs. Lorraine Rena Walton will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at New Hope Baptist Church. 1415 Big Bethel Rd. Hampton, VA.  by Dr. Christopher C. Carter, Sr.

Interment will be private.

A viewing for Mrs. Lorraine Rena Walton will be held from noon until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc.
