Mrs. Inell A. Williams

Mrs. Inell Anthony Williams peacefully passed away on Saturday, April 14 after living here on earth for 89 years. She was born in Scotland Neck, North Carolina but lived most of her life in Newport News, Virginia.  

She was well known by her smile, "perky" walk and kind spirit, even in her last days. Whether a store clerk, beautician, convenient storeowner, a packer, a singer or that lady who made you laugh, her spirit of love will never be forgotten.

Left to cherish her memories are daughters Magaline Macklin (Paul), Dianne Blakeney (Waymon Sr) and Pecolia Day, her sister, Etta Day, 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at First Baptist Church Denbigh in Newport News on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 12 noon with interment to follow at Peninsula Memorial Park. 

Viewing for Mrs Williams will be held from noon until 6:00p.m. Friday, April 20, 2018 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home , Inc.

A special thanks given to the staff at Riverside PACE in Newport News, Virginia for the special care and tender love that was given to "Mrs. Williams".
