Ms. Gloria A. (Neal) Scott, 63, of Middletown, DE (formerly of Newport News, Va) passed away on June 8, 2018 in New Castle, DE, after a long battle with cancer.
Ann, as most knew her, was very special & loved by everyone she met. She had such a warm spirit & a beautiful personality.
Besides her parents, She was pre-deceased by brothers James “Tommy” Neal and Ronald (“Ronnie”) Neal.
Ann leaves to cherish her memory, daughters Moranda Neal of Brooklyn, NY & Sylvia (Kadin) Scurdy of Powder Springs, GA; siblings Norma Easter of Newport News, Va; Carl Jerome Neal & Leeverne Fullwood of Hampton, Va; Willie (Cheryl) Neal of Washington, DC; and Veronica & Sabrina Neal of Hampton, Va.
Services for Ms. Scott will be held 11:00a.m. Saturday, June 23, 2018 at New Hope Baptist Church, 1415 Big Bethel Road, Hampton, Va. by Dr. Christopher C. Carter, Sr.,
Viewing for Ms. Scott will be held Friday, June 22, 2018 from noon until 6:00 p.m. at C.C. Carter Funeral Home, Inc
