Mrs. Arnitta Rigney wife of Mr. Walter Rigney transitioned on Thursday May 10, 2018 in the company of her family at her home in Newport News, VA.

Services for Mrs. Rigney will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May, 15, 2018 at New Bethlehem Church 753 East 29TH Street. Norfolk, VA. by Dr. Cynthia D. Buck.

Interment will follow at Albert G. Horton Memorial Veterans Cemetery. Suffolk, VA.

Mrs. Rigney will lie in state two hours prior.to service.
