Mr. William Hines transitioned on Friday, February 16, 2018 in Sentara Careplex, Hampton, VA.

Services for Mr. Hines will be held 11:00.am. Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Emmanuel Baptist Church 521 North Ave. Newport News, VA. by Dr. Howard Heard.

Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Viewing for Mr. Hines will be held from noon until 5:00p.m. Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at C.C.Carter Funeral Home. Inc.

The family will receive guest from 11:00a.m. until noon at the church the day of service.

It is the desire of the Hines family that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
