Mr. Roger Brooks transitioned peacefully Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA.

A viewing for Mr. Roger Brooks will be held from noon until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at C. C. Carter Funeral Home.

Services for Mr. Roger Brooks will be held noon Wednesday May 29, 2019 at C.C. Carter Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will follow at Hampton Memorial Gardens.
