Mr. Ralph Newell Nephew of Mrs. Mattie Jackson transitioned Sunday, October 7, 2018 at his home in Newport News, VA.

Services for Mr. Newell will be held 11:00a.m. Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Officer Funeral Home, PC 2114 Missouri Ave. East St. Louis, IL 62205.

Interment with Military Honors will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. St. Louis, Mo.

Mr. Newell will lie in state two hours prior to service.
