Mr. Morgan Williams Obituary

Mr. Morgan Cynder Williams, Sr. was called home to the Lord on February 7, 2018. Morgan was born on January 28, 1951 in Timmonsville, South Carolina to his parents John and Ernestine Williams. Lovingly known to many in the family as "Sonny," Morgan had many siblings.

In 1982, Morgan married the love of his life Anita Brunson and had three children-Nekeia Williams, Morgan Williams, Jr. (wife Brittany Fox-Williams), and Stephen Williams. Morgan and Anita also have two lovely granddaughters Anita R. Williams and Ella J. Williams. Spending part of his college career at North Carolina Central University, he would later embark on a career at the Municipal Credit Union of New York before becoming a longtime successful car salesman in the Greater Hampton Roads area.

Morgan received numerous awards for excellence in salesmanship while building so many lasting relationships with his customers and their families. Morgan was an extraordinary father, a loving husband, and nurturing presence for his two granddaughters. Funeral services will be held at 12 P.M. on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at First Baptist Church Denbigh on 3628 Campbell Road, Newport News, VA, 23602. The viewing will be held two hours prior to

 

Services for Mr. Williams will be held noon Saturday, February, 17, 2018 at First Baptist Church Denbigh  3628 Campbell Rd. Newport News, VA. by Dr. Ivan T. Harris.

Mr. Williams will lie in state two hours prior to service on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the Church  

It is the desire of the Morgan  family that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
